Privacy policy

We have written this Privacy Policy in order to explain to you, in accordance with the terms of the EU Data Protection Regulation, what information we collect, how we use data and what decision-making options you have as a visitor to this website.

The protection of your personal data is a matter of particular concern to us. We process your data on the basis of the statutory provisions (in particular the GDPR) and would like to inform you about important points of our data processing.

Automatic data storage

When you visit websites today, certain information is automatically created and stored, including on this website. If you visit our website just as it is now, our web server (computer on which this website is stored) automatically stores data such as the IP address of your device, the addresses of the visited sub-pages, details of your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, ...) and date and time. We do not use this data and usually do not pass it on, but cannot rule out the possibility that these data will be viewed in the presence of illegal behaviour.

If you contact us via the form on the website, via the e-mail address or us by telephone, we will use your personal data only for the purpose of processing your request. In doing so, we refer to our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation). If, in the course of your contact, you already have detailed inquiries about our services to us, or if you wish for advice from us, we also rely on the fulfilment of pre-contractual obligations (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation). Without the processing of your personal data, we would not be able to process your request.

Storage of personal data

Personal data that you transmit to us electronically on this website, such as name, e-mail address, address or other personal information in the context of the transmission of a form or comments in the blog, are used by us together with the time and the IP address only for the stated purpose in each case, securely stored and not passed on to third parties.

We therefore use your personal data only for the communication with those visitors who expressly wish to contact and for the processing of the services and products offered on this website. We do not pass on your personal data without consent, but we cannot rule out the possibility that these data will be viewed in the presence of illegal behaviour.

If you send us personal data by e-mail-thus away from this website-we cannot guarantee the safe transmission and protection of your data. We recommend that you never send confidential data unencrypted by e-mail.

Your personal data will be stored by us only for as long as this is required for the purposes already mentioned-for which we process your data. Due to legal documentation requirements and retention requirements, a longer storage period may arise. After the expiry of the relevant time limits, your personal data will be deleted again, provided that no new legal basis exists after the GDPR for longer storage.

We use https to transmit data securely on the Internet. Through the use of TLS (Transport Layer Security), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet, we can ensure the protection of confidential data. You recognize the use of this protection of the data transmission at the small lock symbol on the top left in the browser and the use of the scheme https as part of our internet address.
